We offer guided hunts for Merriam turkeys on private and government land in the Plains and Pine Ridge area of Western NE near the town of Hay Springs, NE. Experience, scenic terrain and a willingness to go that extra mile is part of our hunter's success here at Hunter Haven. Our turkey hunter's success rate in the past has been nearly 100%.
Our hunts include a guide, transportation, lodging and three meals per day for the duration of your stay. The hunt is offered as a 3-day hunt for $1200 plus 5.5% sales tax with $600 plus 5.5% sales tax due as a deposit to hold your reservation when you book the hunt. Licensing fees are as follows: $66 license per bird, $13 habitat stamp, and the season limit is two tags per hunter. The turkey hunting has been very good this year. We've had many compliments on our turkey hunts and I guess that's due to plentiful, large gobblers, beautiful weather, fantastic scenary, and home-style cookin'. Season Ends May 20th.
