We offer preserve and wild-style Quail hunts to meet your needs and expectations. All hunts include professional guides and dogs, or you may hunt with your own dogs. In addition, you can mix Chukar and pheasants in your hunt.

We offer combination hunts such a Deer/Quail or Ducks/Quail. Corporate packages are available. Hunts are based on one to three person parties. Morning hunts start at 8:30 AM and end at noon. Afternoon hunts begin by 1:45 PM and end by 5:30 PM.

Pre-booked Quail Hunt Packages

We offer pre-booked specials on upland bird packages before October 30. You can purchase Quail, Chukar, and Pheasants at discounted prices. A guide fee and bird cleaning will be charged in addition. You can bring your own dogs and guide your own hunt, also.

Pheasant Tower Shoots

Tower shoots at The Clinton House consist of 15 blinds, each of which are occupied by two shooters. The tower field is set up in a unique style that offers the shooters an unmatched experience. The blinds surround the tower where shooters rotate around the field, giving all shooters an equal chance to shoot all blinds. This provides fast action experience that will leave long, lasting memories. After the shoot, lunch will be served, while the pheasants are cleaned and divided equally among the shooters. waterfowl hunts

The Clinton House is South Carolina’s secret little duck hole in the upstate Piedmont region. The waterfowl announce their existence as they take flight each morning and afternoon, flying all over the property. We have a mixture of beaver swamps and planted ponds that offer the “Arkansas in South Carolina” experience.

We have spent 10 years working on a duck habitat.

Our duck hunting has been featured in several magazines, television shows, The Charlotte Observer and The State newspapers. We have blinds that are sold by the season or on limited day hunts, which can be combined with other hunts at The Clinton House. These are wild birds, therefore, we must follow Federal Regulations. Call for hunt dates.

Corporate Meeting & Conference Facilities
Our property is showcased by a new 15,000 square foot lodge and meeting facility. The lodge contains a great room, a 5000sq. ft. room with 20ft. ceiling and 10 ft. wide stacked fireplace. There is also an open mezzanine overlooking this room. In addition, the facility holds two private meeting rooms.

*1000 sq. ft. room for everyday leisure activities, complete with a satellite dish and a pool table.

*Twelve private bedrooms with private baths for those who want to stay close to the action.

We have a 3500 sq. ft. adjacent building with a 16' X 50' great room with a gas fireplace. It has four bedrooms downstairs and a large private dining/conference room. This facility has its own kitchen. It has an adjacent four-bedroom building with a large wrap-around porch.

Because of this versatility, we can design a truly exclusive event for you and your guests, including:

*Corporate retreats (team building, employee incentives, or customer entertainment)

*Product demonstrations where you can showcase your products either inside or outside.

*Private receptions (parties, weddings, etc.)

Additional lodging can be found two miles from our facility with approximately four hotels to choose from.

We can provide and set up meals and tables by working with several caterers from country cooking, barbecue or seafood in a buffet style or sit-down dinners.

This facility is unique because it is located in the country instead of an urban location. We have a relaxed atmosphere where there is no hustle and bustle, thus making your event more meaningful and productive. In addition, you can hunt, shoot clays, play golf, or just enjoy the country setting while doing nothing!
